Warranty

All Best Auto Reel products are covered by a 3-Year Replacement Warranty from the original date of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and product faults arising under normal intended use.
Warranty coverage applies only to products used for their intended purpose and installed in accordance with supplied instructions.
Water Hose Reels and Air Hose Reels are designed for different applications and are not interchangeable.
Warranty claims must be supported by:
• Proof of purchase
• Supporting photos and/or videos showing the issue
Best Auto Reel reserves the right to request additional information and/or return of the original product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty assessment.
Where a warranty claim is approved, Best Auto Reel will provide replacement parts or a replacement product and cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
Warranty does not cover:
• Deliberate damage
• Accidental damage
• Improper installation
• Product modifications
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage caused by use outside the product's intended application
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
This warranty is provided in addition to rights and guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.
