Refund policy

Best Auto Reel complies with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and replacement requests may be accepted under the following circumstances:
• Product damaged during transit
• Product received with missing parts or components
• Product received with manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product supplied
• Product not functioning as intended upon arrival
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Supporting photos and/or videos may be required for assessment.
Best Auto Reel reserves the right to inspect and assess all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
Where a claim is approved, Best Auto Reel may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable resolution.
Shipping costs associated with approved transit damage, missing parts, incorrect product supply, or defective products on arrival will be covered by Best Auto Reel.
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Products that have been modified
• Products damaged through misuse, abuse or improper installation
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
This policy does not limit rights and guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law.
